From time to time I offer small-group programmes and self-paced courses for women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
These are designed to give you clear, evidence-informed education and practical tools you can apply straight away – without overwhelm or perfectionism.

Courses provide general education and support – they don’t replace 1:1 medical advice or treatment.

A short course on why sleep can get harder in midlife, how hormones and stress are involved, and realistic tools to support better rest and calmer days.

Eating for Energy – low-carb and ketogenic approaches in midlife

A deeper dive into how different ways of eating – including lower-carbohydrate and ketogenic-style approaches – can influence energy, inflammation and long-term health in midlife women. We’ll focus on safety, personalisation and working alongside your medical care.
