Courses & Workshops

Practical education for women who want to better understand their health

From time to time I offer small-group programmes, workshops, and self-paced learning for women who want clear, evidence-informed guidance without overwhelm.

These offerings are designed to help you better understand symptoms, metabolism, hormones, lifestyle, nutrition, and the foundations that support better health — in a way that feels practical, grounded, and realistic for everyday life.

Courses and workshops provide education and support. They do not replace individual medical advice or treatment..

What to expect from Foxy For Life courses

When these courses and workshops are available, you can expect:

  • clear, science-informed teaching in plain language

  • practical ideas and examples you can apply in real life

  • a supportive, no-judgement approach without extremes or pressure

  • a strong focus on foundations such as food, movement, sleep, stress, and daily habits

  • thoughtful education that helps you feel more informed and confident in your own decisions

These programmes are designed to help you better understand your health and what may be influencing how you feel — not to add more noise or confusion.

Topics I am planning

Foundations of midlife health

A practical, education-focused course exploring the key foundations that influence how women feel in midlife — including nutrition, metabolism, sleep, stress, movement, and long-term health.

Sleep, stress & resilience

A focused workshop on why sleep can become harder, why stress may feel different in midlife, and what practical strategies can help support better rest and a calmer nervous system.

Eating for energy & metabolic health

An educational deep dive into how different ways of eating — including lower-carbohydrate and higher-protein approaches — can influence energy, blood sugar, appetite, and metabolic health in midlife.
