This Privacy Policy explains how Foxy For Life (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or work with us. We’re based in New Zealand and follow the requirements of the Privacy Act 2020 and its 13 privacy principles.

Website usage data – general information about how you use this site (such as pages viewed, time on page, device type), collected through Wix and similar tools. This is usually aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Coaching and courses offered by Foxy For Life are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Online shop orders

Order information: When you place an order through the Foxy For Life online shop, we collect the information needed to process and deliver your order (e.g., your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if provided, and the items you purchase).
Fulfilment & delivery: We may share the necessary order details with trusted service providers (such as our website platform, payment providers, and our fulfilment and delivery partners) so your order can be processed, packed, and dispatched. These providers only receive the information required to perform their services.
Payment security: Foxy For Life does not store your full credit/debit card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider(s) through the Wix checkout system.
Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details on this page.

Data breaches

If we become aware of a privacy breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will follow the requirements of the Privacy Act 2020. This may include notifying the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and the individuals affected.
