Is Foxy For Life for you?

Foxy For Life coaching is designed for women who:

• Are in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause and feel a bit blindsided by the changes
• Want practical, science-informed guidance rather than random internet tips
• Are ready to tweak how they eat, move, sleep and manage stress – but don’t want to be pushed into an extreme, all-or-nothing overhaul
• Value straight-talking support from someone who understands midlife, not generic wellness advice
• Would like someone in their corner as they navigate medical appointments, life demands and a changing body

How coaching works

Step 1 – Free Connection Call  (15–20 minutes)

A short video or phone chat to:
• Talk about what’s going on for you in midlife
• Clarify what you’d like support with
• Decide together whether coaching is a good fit

No pressure, no on-the-spot decisions. This call is about fit, not detailed advice.

Step 2 - Foxy Foundations Session (approx. 75 - 90 minutes)

We take a proper look at:
• Your current routines (sleep, food, movement, stress, work and family load)
• What feels most challenging right now
• What’s realistically possible in this season of life

 

You leave with:
• 2–3 clear priorities to focus on
• Simple, personalised actions to try over the next few weeks
• A sense of what ongoing support could look like (if you want it)

Step 3 - Foxy Follow Up Session (approx. 60 minutes)

If you choose to continue, we meet regularly to:
• Check in on how things are going
• Tweak your plan as life happens
• Build habits and skills that support your wellbeing and future health

 

We move at your pace. Some plans may be more structured – especially around nutrition – but we always agree together on what feels realistic for you. There’s no expectation of perfection or “perfect weeks”.

Coaching packages

Most women start with a Foxy Foundations Session and then choose a level of ongoing support that fits their season of life.

Package 1 - Foxy Reset (around 6 weeks)

Great if you want a focused reset and accountability.

• 1 × Foxy Foundations Session
• 2 × follow-up sessions (45–60 minutes)
• Action points after each session
• Email/message check-ins between sessions (within agreed hours)

 

This package is about helping you get unstuck, test some changes in real life, and decide what you want next – not “fixing” everything in six weeks or promising specific results.

This package is priced with a small saving compared with booking the same sessions individually.

Package 2 - Foxy For Life (around 3 months)

For deeper support while you navigate a busy midlife season.

 

• 1 × Foxy Foundations Session
• 5 × follow-up sessions (45–60 minutes)
• Session notes and practical resources where helpful
• Light support between sessions for questions or wobblier days

 

This package is about ongoing support, gentle course-corrections and building confidence in how you care for yourself in midlife. Results vary from person to person; we’ll focus on what’s changing for you and adjust as we go.

This package includes a modest saving compared with booking separate follow-up sessions at the standard rate.
