Who Foxy For Life is for
Foxy For Life offers natural health consultations for anyone seeking practical, evidence-informed natural health support. Consultations are led by Cherice Baker, Registered Natural Medical Practitioner — 25+ years of clinical experience.
Natural medical practice is complementary to your existing medical care — it does not replace your GP or specialist. Cherice Baker will not diagnose medical conditions, interpret or override your doctor's lab results, or prescribe, start or stop medications or hormone therapy.
Consultations are not suitable for emergencies or crisis situations.

How consultations are delivered

Consultations are available online via secure video call or in person at my Rolleston clinic.

You'll receive connection details and any pre-consultation forms by email.

For in-person appointments, you will receive the clinic address and any directions you need.

Please join your consultation a few minutes early so we can use the full time together.
Booking and payment

Bookings are made online through our secure booking system (Halaxy).

Prices and session details are shown at the time of booking.

For paid consultations, card details are securely collected at the time of booking to confirm and hold your appointment time. Your card is not charged at the time of booking. Payment is processed when your consultation begins.

By booking, you authorise us to charge the appointment fee at the start of your session, and to charge any applicable late cancellation / non-attendance fees in line with the policy below.

Free Discovery Call (20 minutes): there is no charge for this call.

Manual bank transfer payments
If you choose to pay by bank transfer (manual payment), my bank details will be shown at checkout.

Please pay the full amount within 24 hours to hold your booking.

If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, your appointment time may be released and offered to someone else.

For bookings made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, payment is due immediately.
Packages
The Foundational Health Assessment is offered as a package — your $145 investment includes your 60-minute initial consultation, a personalised written report emailed to you, and a 30-minute follow-up consultation to discuss your plan. Payment is made at the time of booking the initial consultation.
Intake form
New clients booking a Foundational Health Assessment will receive a Health & Wellbeing intake form after booking. Please complete this at least 48 hours before your first consultation.
Clients booking a Quick Script Consult will receive a short focused intake form. Please complete this before your appointment.
For bookings made less than 48 hours before your appointment, please complete the form as soon as you receive it.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Life happens — I understand plans can change. At the same time, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment start time with no fee.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time will be charged in full.

Appointments not attended (no-shows) will be charged in full.

To reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your booking confirmation/reminder, or email hello@foxyforlife.co.nz as soon as possible.

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.
In exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at my discretion.
Session boundaries
To keep coaching safe and effective for everyone:

Please attend your consultation in a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable talking openly.

Natural health consultations are a collaboration — you are responsible for your own decisions and for checking any changes with your GP or specialist if you are unsure.

I reserve the right to end or not continue a consultation if it is outside my scope of practice or if I believe another type of support would be more appropriate for you.
