Booking & Cancellation Information

 

Who Foxy For Life coaching is for

 

Foxy For Life offers health coaching and education for women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

Coaching is designed to sit alongside your medical care, not replace it. I don’t diagnose medical conditions, interpret or override your doctor’s lab results, or prescribe, start or stop medications or hormone therapy.

 

Coaching sessions are not suitable for emergencies or crisis situations.

  • If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact 111 or your local emergency services.

  • For non-urgent medical advice in New Zealand, you can contact Healthline on 0800 611 116 or speak with your GP or specialist.

 

How sessions are delivered

  • Sessions are usually held online by video call (or by phone or in person, if agreed in advance).

  • You’ll receive connection details and any pre-session forms by email.

  • Please join the session a few minutes early so we can use the full time together.

 

Booking and payment

  • You can request a Free 20-minute connection call by emailing hello@foxyforlife.co.nz or using the Book online page.

  • For paid sessions and packages, full details of the fee are listed on the Work With Me and Book online pages.

  • Payment terms (for example, payment at the time of booking or prior to the session) will be clearly stated when you book.

Online card payments

Most services are paid for at the time of booking using a secure online checkout. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a booking confirmation email.

Manual bank transfer payments

If you choose to pay by bank transfer (manual payment), my bank details will be shown at checkout.

  • Please pay the full amount within 24 hours to hold your booking.

  • If payment isn’t received within 24 hours, your appointment time may be released and offered to someone else.

  • For bookings made less than 24 hours before the appointment time, payment is due immediately.

Packages

Payment for packages is made before or at the time of the first session. Packages are for your personal use only and can’t be transferred to another person. Refunds, rescheduling and cancellations for package sessions follow the same policy as individual sessions.

 

​Intake form

All new clients (and package clients starting a new block of coaching) will receive an online intake form after booking. This must be completed at least 48 hours before your first session.

For bookings made less than 48 hours before your appointment, please complete the form as soon as you receive it.

​​Rescheduling and cancellations

 

Life happens – I understand that plans can change. At the same time, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

  • You can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the start time with no fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged at up to the full session fee.

  • If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

 

Packages

  • Package sessions (for example, Foxy Reset or Foxy For Life) are usually used within the approximate time frame described (6 weeks or 3 months).

  • If you need to pause your package due to illness or major life events, please contact me – we’ll agree a plan that is reasonable for both of us.

  • Refunds for unused sessions are not usually offered once a package has started, but I’ll always aim to be fair and considerate of your circumstances.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or sessions not attended are usually treated as a used session from your package and are not refunded, unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.

 

Session boundaries

 

To keep coaching safe and effective for everyone:

  • Please attend sessions in a private, quiet space where you feel comfortable talking openly.

  • Coaching is a collaboration – you’re responsible for your own decisions and for checking any changes with your GP or specialist if you’re unsure.

  • I reserve the right to end or not continue coaching if it’s outside my scope of practice or if I believe another type of support would be more appropriate for you.
