Flavoured Mayo options
A quick flavour upgrade for meat, chicken, eggs, bowls and salads

Base
½ cup mayo (this is your “blank canvas”)
Choose ONE flavour (mix in):
Mustard mayo
1–2 Tbsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard
Squeeze of lemon
Pesto mayo
1–2 Tbsp pesto
Curry mayo
½–1 tsp curry powder
Squeeze of lemon
Chilli mayo
1/2 to 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
Squeeze of lime or lemon
Garlic herb mayo
½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 small clove crushed)
½ tsp dried herbs + pinch of salt
Smoky mayo
½–1 tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
How to use
Great on baked chicken, boiled eggs, prawn bowls, salad plates, wraps, and as a veggie dip.
Foxy Extras
Ideally use a mayo that it made from olive oil and does not contain seed oils. When following a keto diet, this becomes a valuable way to add extra fat to your meal.
Storage
Keep in the fridge up to 5 days (use a clean spoon each time).
