I support women in perimenopause, menopause and beyond to understand what their bodies are telling them – and make changes that actually work in real life.
Drawing on over 25 years of experience in women’s health, I combine functional testing, science-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I look at the systems behind your symptoms – metabolism, minerals, inflammation, nervous system, sleep, gut health and hormones – and turn that into clear next steps you can live with.

Why Foxy For Life
I chose the name Foxy For Life because a healthy fox is the perfect metaphor for how I want women to feel in midlife – alert, strong, well nourished, adaptable and very much alive. A fox thrives because she’s intuitive and in tune with her environment.
Midlife isn’t about trying to be 25 again. Perimenopause offers an opportunity to rebuild the systems that help you thrive – metabolism, minerals, nervous system, sleep, hormones, gut health and lifestyle – so you feel foxy, confident and at home in your body for the long term.
