Where we ship

Orders are currently shipped to New Zealand delivery addresses only (unless we agree otherwise in advance).
Shipping cost

Flat rate shipping: $10 per order.
How fulfilment works

Orders are fulfilled via my practitioner supplier and shipped directly to you.

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability.
Order schedule

I place supplier orders Monday / Wednesday / Friday.

Orders placed outside those days will be submitted on the next order run.

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible. Once your order has been submitted to the supplier (Mon/Wed/Fri), changes may not be possible.
Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are an estimate and can vary depending on stock availability, couriers, rural delivery, and public holidays.
Out-of-stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, I’ll contact you with options (wait, swap, or refund where appropriate).
Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and keep the item and packaging (see Returns & Refunds).
