Shipping & Delivery 

Where we ship

• Orders are currently shipped to New Zealand delivery addresses only (unless we agree otherwise in advance).

 

Shipping cost

• Flat rate shipping: $10 per order.

 

How fulfilment works

• Orders are fulfilled via my practitioner supplier and shipped directly to you.

• Dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability.

 

Order schedule

• I place supplier orders Monday / Wednesday / Friday.

• Orders placed outside those days will be submitted on the next order run.

• If you need to change your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible. Once your order has been submitted to the supplier (Mon/Wed/Fri), changes may not be possible.

 

Delivery timeframes

• Delivery timeframes are an estimate and can vary depending on stock availability, couriers, rural delivery, and public holidays.

 

Out-of-stock items

• If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, I’ll contact you with options (wait, swap, or refund where appropriate).

 

Delivery issues

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and keep the item and packaging (see Returns & Refunds).
