Change-of-mind returns (non-faulty items)

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically required under NZ consumer law, but we may offer a return on a case-by-case basis.

For hygiene and safety, change-of-mind returns may only be accepted if products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging/condition. Products that have been opened or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

To request a change-of-mind return, please email hello@foxyforlife.co.nz within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email hello@foxyforlife.co.nz as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with a photo of the item and packaging.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Please keep the product and packaging until we advise next steps.

Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a remedy (for example: replacement or refund as appropriate) at no charge, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You do not have to pay return courier/postage costs for faulty goods.
Important note

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We may decline a return or remedy where a product has been misused or not used as directed.
