Returns & Refunds

Please read before you purchase

  • Please read the full product description, ingredients, directions and warnings before purchasing.

  • If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you (especially if you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have allergies/intolerances), please check with your GP/pharmacist or email us before ordering.

  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

 

Change-of-mind returns (non-faulty items)

  • Change-of-mind returns are not automatically required under NZ consumer law, but we may offer a return on a case-by-case basis.

  • For hygiene and safety, change-of-mind returns may only be accepted if products are unopened, unused, and in original packaging/condition. Products that have been opened or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

  • To request a change-of-mind return, please email hello@foxyforlife.co.nz within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.

 

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email hello@foxyforlife.co.nz as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with a photo of the item and packaging.

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • Please keep the product and packaging until we advise next steps.

  • Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a remedy (for example: replacement or refund as appropriate) at no charge, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

  • You do not have to pay return courier/postage costs for faulty goods.

 

Important note

  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • We may decline a return or remedy where a product has been misused or not used as directed.
